Michelle joined Hannaford in 2006 as a junior administrator, delivering the most routine tasks with a smile. With her positive outlook and willingness to do everything to the highest standard, she was quickly taking on additional responsibilities and soon recognised her passion for the industry. |
To fulfil her ambitions, Michelle has spent the last two years taking professional qualifications in construction, achieving distinctions across the board. "It’s great to understand more about construction and to be given the chance to put my learning into practice. By working on site, I’ve been able to apply my classroom theory, which has definitely made me more effective in my role."
